This company has been the worst company I have had to deal with. They took the deposit from us after providing false information, stated that it would be refunded since the service was canceled. It’s been two months we are still waiting for our deposit. Upon calling they state that the refund will be processed straight away, and we are still waiting for our money.

I recently had an excellent experience with We Green for both air conditioning and water heating solutions. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Pam, the sales representative, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through all my options and ensuring I chose the best products for my needs. She was patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied.
We had a ducted aircon installed as well as swap of our water heater for a heat pump. The delivery of parts, installation times and disposal of the old parts was fast and well communicated. The installers were punctual, professional, and efficient.

Zeeshan you are awesome. What a great timing in delivering and installing the units at home. Great guidance in setting up all paperwork. Expertise guidance on size of the units by looking at plans. To be honest it looks like dream for us because we decided to go with split units 2 days ago and third day you have installed. I am so thankful to the crew. They have done so neat and clean job.

Ducted Mitsubishi installed. Very impressed by the team at We Green. Shubhang was always available via phone to answer any questions. Installation day was like a choreographed dance with tradesman coming and going. All the guys worked extremely hard, were polite and cleaned absolutely everything at the end.

I had a Midea 14kw reverse cycle ducted air conditioning unit supplied and installed including an upgraded switch board in the meter box by We Greeen. What an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. My consultant, Ayesh provided outstanding customer service through out the entire process, from the initial phone contact to the final inspection and test run of the unit Ayesh was there to guide me through every step, answering every question with professionalism and genuine interest. We Green and Ayesh definitely deserve the 5 star rating

My ducted heater broke down and was not worth repairing so I decided to take advantage of the government incentives but with so many players in this space I was afraid of getting ripped off. I chose wisely with We Green.
They came out, assessed what I needed, made me some recommendations and within 2 weeks, goodbye gas heating and hello 4 air conditioners. Installation took about 5 hours and would have been quicker if it wasn’t an old double brick house. They even disconnected the old gas unit and removed it.
Don’t hesitate. If the opportunity is there to take advantage of the government rebates and convert to electricity, do it and call We Green!

I got 6 quotes from different companies and We Green was the most competitive! I got 3 aircon units installed.
The workmanship was excellent. Even my dad- who is handyman - commented and said these guys are doing a very thorough and proper job. They were also very polite and respectful when in my property.
They even fixed my faulty electrical wiring system left from a previous bad job!
I don't normally write reviews, but I really feel like they deserve the praise!
